We are seeking a HR & Recruitment manager to implement process, actions and initiatives to fulfill missions and goals in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day HR and marketing communications, event organization as well as supporting with general administrative duties.

Main responsibilities:

Actively PROPOSING and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.

1. Implement recruitment operations, which includes (but are not limited to):
– Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing…
– Be responsible for ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements;
– Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
– Identify the most efficient channels for each assigned recruitment position;
– Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner;
– Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other reports as requested;

2. Join in talent acquisition actions, as follows:
– Join outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars…);
– Initiate or join in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding;
– Identify effective channels, for sourcing talents in response to the company’s needs and challenges;
– Be in charge of collaboration with headhunting agencies for specific needs;
– Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter;
– Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested;

3. Perform ad-hoc tasks
– Plan annual SutuTrip and company’s activities
– Filing various kinds of paperwork and purchases
– Complete and maintain our monthly portfolio
– Review and maintain our Corporate website with its Social Networks

  • Enthusiastic team player with sense of initiative;
  • Very well organized, detail-oriented, sociable and pro-active;
  • Major in Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Economics or related areas is a plus;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in HR and IT will be an added advantage;
  • Be highly responsible with confidential matters/reports/data;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
