Optimizing MaxOutil’s Online Store

At the heart of this ambitious project was the vision to position Magento 2 with Hyvä as the central hub in MaxOutil’s eCommerce ecosystem. Our team meticulously planned the upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition that maintained data integrity, preserved SEO ranking and enhanced user experience.

The site showcases over 45,000 products, offering a comprehensive range of tools and equipment. We introduced the first-ever Hyvä Checkout, revolutionizing the checkout flow with a user-friendly design aimed at reducing cart abandonment rates. Hyvä’s standout front-end performance, combined with Tailwind CSS and Alpine JS, ensures a fast and responsive interface.

Behind the user-centric front, we orchestrated the back-end with precision. Our ETL solution, built on Symfony, masterfully manages marketplace feeds and products, ensuring accurate and efficient data synchronization. The integration of an ERP system streamlines operations, enhancing stock and order management.

Additionally, we successfully integrated several third-party systems, including Lengow for marketplaces, Alma for installment payments, and Elastic Suite for catalog management and cross-selling based on customer habits. This comprehensive revamp not only strengthens MaxOutil’s digital presence but also sets a new standard for eCommerce performance and user satisfaction.
