Auto-Booking System Implementation

Migrating Glassauto’s WordPress site involved a complete overhaul using Symfony development, creating a scalable and secure foundation for future growth. This migration focused on improving performance and scalability.

Building on this new foundation, we implemented custom API development to facilitate seamless business system integration between Glassauto and Lacour’s scheduling system. This integration synchronizes center locations, calendars, and appointment data, enhancing operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the Autoplan Web API was integrated using Symfony to streamline the appointment booking process, ensuring accurate date and time management. The newly developed booking flow now includes an online diagnostic tool designed with mobile responsiveness in mind, improving the customer experience.

As a result of these improvements, the diagnostic tool alone has captured a significant portion of inbound leads. In addition, we implemented Google Analytics 4 to provide robust tracking and analysis of user behavior and campaign effectiveness. Security implementation was also a key focus, with measures including Google reCAPTCHA integration and robust cookie management protocols. Furthermore, the move to Symfony has facilitated significant performance optimization improvements, decreasing page load times and enhancing mobile accessibility, crucial for automotive glass customers needing immediate repairs.
